The agency recognized employees who pursued graduate studies while in government service through the Career and Self-Development Awards, reflecting MARINA’s commitment to continuous professional growth.

The celebration also honored Loyalty Awardees, particularly those whose years of service range from 30 to 45 years, reflecting decades of institutional knowledge across MARINA’s central and regional offices.
