IN PHOTOS: The MARINA Regional Office IV (MRO 4) led the inauguration of its satellite office in Real, Quezon Province. After coordinating with the Local Government Units (LGUs) in Real, the MRO 4 successfully established this additional satellite office today, 21 July 2021.

The 15 square meter office was donated by Hon. Diana Abigail Diestro Aquino, Municipal Mayor of Real, to the MRO 4 to help ensure that MARINA services will be available for operators residing in the far-flung areas of Quezon Province.

The event started with a holy mass followed by welcoming remarks and messages from esteemed officials including, Mayor Diana Aquino, members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Real, and MRO 4 Regional Director Engr. Emmanuel B. Carpio.
During the inauguration, a ribbon-cutting was initiated by Director Carpio, followed by a holy mass held in honor of the event. Chairperson-SB Committee on Transportation and Communication Hon. Noime Azcaraga concluded the ceremony by expressing appreciation for the MRO 4 and relevant LGUs for the success of this event. During the address, Hon. Azcaraga also said that they were looking forward to more initiatives for the welfare of ship operators in the region.

The MRO 4’s commitment to the development and expansion of its services is further realized with the addition of Real, Quezon Satellite Unit.
