IN PHOTOS: The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), led by Administrator Atty. Hernani N. Fabia, welcomed the key officials from OCEA and Associates (OCEA S.A.), consisting of Country Director Mr. Jacques Briand and International Development Director Mr. Rodolphe Peugeot, who both paid a courtesy visit to the Agency officials today, 26 July 2022.

The OCEA and Associates (OCEA S.A.) is a France-based shipbuilder that manufactures patrol boats, passenger, cruise, and environmental ships, motor yachts, tank ends, floating pontoons, multihulls, monohulls, and customized aluminum structures.

During the meeting with MARINA officials, the OCEA S.A. shared their plans of putting up a shipyard in the country.

Alongside Administrator Atty. Fabia were OIC-Deputy Administrator for Planning Ms. Sonia B. Malaluan, and Maritime Safety Service (MSS) and Shipyards Regulation Service (SRS) Director Engineer Ramon C. Hernandez.
