IN PHOTOS: The MARINA-Enforcement Service (ES) on 30 June 2023, conducted a capacity training program aimed at strengthening its personnel’s skills and knowledge. Titled “Training on Fixed Fire Extinguishers Systems, Liferaft, and other Life Saving Appliances,” the training session took place in Caloocan City and was sponsored by M. P. M. Industries Company, led by President and General Manager, Mr. Rodolfo L. Molina Jr.

The comprehensive training provided maritime enforcers with valuable insights into the proper functions and utilization of essential equipment. In addition, the program offered updates on industry developments, ensuring that personnel are well-informed and up-to-date in their roles related to compliance monitoring and casualty investigations. Practical exercises were also incorporated to provide hands-on experience and reinforce learning.

The ES is committed to reinforcing its personnel’s capabilities through capacity training initiatives. These programs aim to equip them with the necessary skills, boost their self-esteem when working individually or in teams, and increase their engagement in delivering public service effectively.
