VINZONS, Camarines Norte—The MARINA Regional Office V (MRO5) conducted a Mobile Registration and One-Stop-Shop on February 13, 2025, bringing key maritime services closer to stakeholders in the region.

Led by Regional Director Atty. Maximo I. Bañares, Jr., the initiative was held in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Vinzons through its Tourism Office and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG). The event provided vessel registration, licensing, MARINA BEST application processing, vessel inspections, and consultations on regulatory compliance.

The program aimed to streamline maritime transactions and reduce the need for stakeholders to travel to MARINA’s regional office in Legazpi City. Participants welcomed the initiative, citing its convenience and efficiency.
