NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: Starting on 19 May 2020, our Seafarer’s Identity Document (SID) and Seafarer’s Record Book (SRB) Processing Center at SM Manila will resume processing of applications to seafarers with confirmed schedule of appointment ONLY from 11:00am to 5:00pm.

Resumption of processing of application in PITX, MARINA Central Office and POEA will be further announced.
