The training was attended by the members of MARINA BAC, BAC-Technical Working Group (TWG), BAC Secretariat, MFAS-Procurement Division personnel, and End-Users from all Central and Regional offices/service/section/units.

The webinar focused on Government Procurement 101 (Key Features of GPRA and Procurement Organization), Efficient Procurement Measures During a State of Calamity or Implementation of Community Quarantine or Similar Restriction and other similar topics which aimed to strengthen and improve systems and procedures, particularly in the implementation of its procurement process. It also facilitated the exchange of opinions and expertise regarding procurement strategies among participants and speakers.
