The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) is looking for the following:
– (2) BOARD OF MARINE ENGINE OFFICERS (BOMEO)
– (3) BOARD OF ENGINE RATINGS (BOERA)
– (4) BOARD OF DECK RATINGS (BODRA)
– (2) EXAMINERS OF ANCILLARY PROFICIENCIES (EAP)

2. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212), which may be downloaded from the CSC Website (www.csc.gov.ph), indicating all the required data information;
3. Authenticated Certificate of License
4. Certified true copy of Training Certificates;
5. Certified True Copy of Certification of Sea Service;
6. Latest Clearances;
a. NBl Clearance
b. Police Clearance
c. Barangay Clearance
7. Birth/Marriage Certificate (PSA Authenticated)
8. Notarized certification (not employed nor connected with any MTls, MHEls, Review Center, Practical assessment centers)
